Fine and good breakfast to start the day, well presented food. The room was comfy and complete with gorgeous views and excellent bathroom facilities, for example. Marvellous location in the lovely area, adjacent to parks, the riverwalk, all the shops in Richmond, and the transportation system, the taxi rank and Richmond shops, Richmond Park and the river.

The breakfasts are inclusive and lovely with a lovely view and goodies and insipid sandwiches.

The location itself was incredible, right by a parish church. We had a fine breakfast with panoramic view, for all tastes.

The hotel was very impressive on first sight. The staff were very help and went above and beyond what was asked of them and always with a smile. Although our room overlooked the front of the hotel and the car park, it was extremely quiet.
The only criticism was the lack of air conditioning. Other than that my stay was perfect.

Exceptional place with knowledgeable staff who do want to be there and offer a good service. Stunning, unbeatable location in the very nice area. For tea or coffee visit R & h cafe gallery nearby.

My stay was fantastic, especially the amazing views during breakfast and the classy atmosphere. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed! I'd definitely come back.

I basically only used my room as somewhere to sleep,as in the day and evening I was at my god-daughter's wedding, and the reception in Ham. Consequently don't really know how to judge the hotel
No air-conditioning, and the window couldn't be opened very much because of it's type so the room was stuffy.

Beautiful view of the Thanes from the dining room. Great base for the rugby at Twickenham.

Friendly staff, comfortable
Needs a business centre. Breakfast ends to early - 9H30? Should be until 10h00 or 10h30

Fine Riverside Views, Historic Elegance, Unique 7-Course Tasting Menu
The policy on parking registration is baffling, almost a bingo game for fines!!! Room sizes feel like an afterthought, definitely not spacious for a pleasant stay, especially if you like to move around without feeling cramped!!!

I thought the whole experience from the second we arrived to the second we left was absolutely wonderful! The hotel staff were friendly and they very kindly offered an upgrade. We had no reason to expect that and they didn't need to do that but it was so appreciated after our long journey! The room service was lovely and well priced- even the scones were warm and home made! Will definitely stay here again- thanks to Booked.net for finding this great offer. Boo
